This Instagram is calling out your faves

and we are literally so here for it.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last year, you will have heard of Diet Prada, the Instagram account that is calling out some of your faves (and some of your not-so-favourites) for their shamefully similar designs to those of other designers.

From calling out Anthony Vaccaarello for his ‘uncannily referential’ looks at Saint Laurent alongside the original vintage number from the seventies, to the likeness between AW18 Richard Quinn and that of Balenciaga’s head-to-toe florals and now infamous knife boots from their AW16 collection - the accounts sassy tone does not hold back when it comes to distinguishing between a reference, inspiration or a complete copy.

And they won’t stop there, from calling out styling likenesses, rip-off prints and photographer copy-cats, the guys behind the gram and their army of fans are extremely in tune with fashion past and present.

Be warned: be prepared to lose an entire afternoon swiping through their entire back catalogue.
